vs. phx: Opponent Game Thread Highlights
Today’s Opponent Game Thread host: Bright Side of the Sun.
Let’s sign Sloan.
by shawndy on Feb 12, 2011 11:03 AM CSTI dont want to be over confident
but I really feel like this game is heavily in our favor. I felt like we’d beat the Jazz before, and now without Sloan…its gonna be brutal.
I do feel for the Jazz though. Jerry was top class and nobody could replace him. There’s always the argument that he never won the COTY award. But if you look at the winners of the award, they’ve all lost their job shortly after. Not Jerry Sloan. That man ran that institution and kept the Jazz playoff contenders THE ENTIRE TIME.
by KnowGood on Feb 12, 2011 11:13 AM CSTUtah has a lack of white starters.
by keify34 on Feb 12, 2011 11:41 AM CSTMe: Well, that’s a new one.
Why does it feel like Deron Williams is playing extra hard
to show the world that Jerry Sloan was the problem and not the players?
by NashMV3 on Feb 12, 2011 11:52 AM CSTMaybe if Gentry retires at halftime
ESPN might say something about the Suns
by suns68 on Feb 12, 2011 12:17 PM CSTIs this a Jerry Sloan documentary?
Nothing about the Tech
by brian13 on Feb 12, 2011 12:19 PM CSTDid you see Hayward’s reaction?
That’s why it was a foul.
by NashMV3 on Feb 12, 2011 12:19 PM CSTwhy’s the ball boy shooting FTs?

by rsavaj on Feb 12, 2011 1:43 PM CSTOne of the highlights of the game for me was Karl Malone’s interview
I miss Karl Malone
by rsavaj on Feb 12, 2011 1:48 PM CSTIt was just so…Karl Maloney.
by rsavaj on Feb 12, 2011 1:49 PM CST

by Bkj on Feb 12, 2011 1:53 PM CSTHey Utah…..
We’re coming for your playoff spot. You’ve been put on notice.
by Scott Howard on Feb 12, 2011 1:54 PM CST 2 recsI can’t see past Deron’s treachery now whenever I think of Utah
Sloan WAS the Jazz to me.
by rsavaj on Feb 12, 2011 1:54 PM CSTSo hows about a statement win?
2nd night of a back-to-back, on the road in one of the toughest arenas in the league, against a very motivated Jazz team.
This team is good. Somebody soon is going to notice our defense is badass. >=-D
by jc79 on Feb 12, 2011 2:15 PM CSTExcept, no Sloan to direct the offense lol
by PHXSunsRunNGun on Feb 12, 2011 2:15 PM CSTYeah, once AK left the game and the Jazz lost their energy
