Post-Game Quotage
** Quin Snyder on the game
There were so many good things about the way we played tonight. Not just how we played, but the way we did it. We really connected, and had exchanges, and possessions where a lotta things that we’ve been working on, we were able to execute on both ends. And then, you know, they turned it up, and a couple players on their end made some great plays, had some big-time efforts…There’s been a lotta right, you know, and I think we have to be certain to show [the players] that.
** Snyder on Enes Kanter’s performance
You mentioned, you know, light on his feet and energy, and it shows up when he doesn’t have the ball. And then when he gets the ball, you know, we know he’s capable of, he’s a very skilled player. But to see him energetic and active defensively, to me, is really commendable. It’s something, you know, it’s not easy to put your defense in front of your offense…To see him doing that was satisfying.

** Enes Kanter, asked how close the Jazz are to breaking out
I think this team come a r–along really well, you know, ’cause of, and I’m not even just talking about basketball. I’m just tal–I’m talking about, like, friendship and chemistry. And I think once the, this team learn how to play together better and especially on the road, this team’s gonna be really well, ’cause I think we have really something special, and we just have to use that.
** Dante Exum, asked how close the Jazz are to breaking out
I think, you know, it’s, everyone’s coming closer together as a team, and I’m starting to get more and more comfortable with the guys, and I’m pretty sure they’re starting to get more comfortable with me. And it’s just about get–finishing games and I think once we learn to do that, you know, we’ll be better.

Can’t even begin to express how much I love this out of Rudy Gobert, most likely candidate for our future (and desperately needed) vocal leader:

** Matt Harpring: This is the best seven minutes Trey has put together.
** Harpring on Jimmer Fredette’s minutes: It’s hard. It’s hard when you’re in and out.
** Craig Bolerjack to Harpring on ticket package: Hey, you have time to stuff a stocking, Matty.
** Boler: Hayward muscles it in between Cunningham and Rivers.
** Boler, trying to sell tickets: Come on down, have some fun.
** Boler: Anthony Davis is banged, and banged hard by Kanter.
** Quin Snyder on doing the right thing, post-game: It’s just a question for us of doing it more, doing it longer, doing it with more force. And tonight, we did it longer. You know, we did it with more force.
** Boler to Enes Kanter, post-game: I know you’re disappointed. It was a banger out there tonight.
** Boler to Dante Exum, post-game: You did explode and it looked like you had a different attitude tonight.
