Quotage
** Tyrone Corbin, post-game: We were where we were because of how we were playing, and I thought we continued to do that. We just missed some shots; they got some blocks.
** Corbin on the back-to-back home-and-away: It’s tough, you know? I mean, it’s tough, especially when we have to travel over, and they had to travel also, but they at home, comfortably at home. And we had the advantage on the night before, but you know, it’s a tough thing.

Random Stuff, etc.
** Randy Foye calls Alec Burks “A-Bo.” It’s short for Alex Borks.
** 43.6 seconds left; 7-point game; Randy Foye is at the free throw line. Sidney Lowe hurries up the sideline to talk to Corbin, who takes the cue and subs Derrick Favors and DeMarre Carroll in for Al Jefferson and Paul Millsap for the defensive possession.

Unintentional Dirty Quote Machines of the Night (UDQM)
** Boler: Nice stroke delivered by Marvin. (H/T @RxMike12)
** Booner on DMC: He goes in ready.
** Boler on Al shot: You could tell the moment it left his hand that it was going to fade to the left.
** Booner on DMC: He had to spread his legs to keep balance.

You guys are not seriously blaming the loss on Ty, are you? I mean, Kanter did go 0 for 7 and Al was missing the jumpers he usually makes and Babbit and Smith hit things they don’t hit all the time (judging from their game thread). This loss was determined by luck as much as anything.

its not a question of blaming him for a single loss, but for a terrible offensive system where everything runs through jefferson, for misusing his young players, and in the case of Kanter, its not very useful to young guys to sit on the bench. Utah isnt a contender, and jefferson and milsap and foye are all on expiring contracts…..so why do they get all the minutes? The idea is build for next year and the year after……….and to stop isolation offense that goes through big al.
