Summer League Game 3: Jazz “at” Magic
If Game 2 belonged to Alec Burks, Game 3 belonged to Jeremy Evans in his Summer League debut. Evans was his usual highlight reel self, throwing down dunk after dunk after dunk en route to 13 points (6-8) and 9 rebounds in 18 minutes. Enes Kanter also had a strong showing with 12 points and 12 rebounds. I hope Game 4 belongs to Enes.

** Enes Kanter on the Jazz’s “new” guys: Let me tell you like that. When they came play for us, I know how they felt because when I come to Utah Jazz, I was like, didn’t know anything. Didn’t know anybody. I was like, feeling like, a little bit different. You know what I mean?
I know they feeling like that too, but now even in practice if I see like something wrong, I’m trying to help them because when I was in Utah, Al Jefferson, Millsap help me a lot, you know? ** Alec Burks on why he decided to play in the summer league after a successful rookie season, and what he hopes to get out of it: Just to get better, you know? It was strongly suggested that I come down here and play, so I’m just trying to get better.
