Game 9 Jazz at Celtics: Missed opportunities

November 15, 2012

So what’s done is done and it’s no use crying over spilled milk. At this point, I’ll take the losses if they mean we’re improving. There are signs that we are–especially from Tyrone Corbin. I just have a fear in the back of my mind that the Jazz aren’t playing badly or failing to play to their potential, but that this just might be how good we actually are.

To close on a positive note, I absolutely love this quote from Big Al:

Random Stuff, etc.
Just one random thing:

Unintentional Dirty Quote Machines of the Night (UDQM)
** Harpring: Boler, if I’m Gordon Hayward, I’m salivating right now. Jason Terry, 35 years old, 6’2″…
** Harpring: Sweet, sweet move by Millsap…what a left hand he’s got.
** Harpring on Millsap: Just because he’s 6’8″ doesnt mean he can’t get up.
** Harpring on Millsap: He’s abusing Brandon Bass down low.
** Boler: Mo Williams penetrates, Marvin Williams deep! (H/T @bjcseven)
** Harpring on the Jazz’s Christmas ticket promo: Something big in small packages, Boler. (H/T @candybarr15, @bjcseven’s wife)
** Boler: Rondo hops across the timeline, penetrates. — This sounds like the plot of the sci-fi adult movie Boler watched in his hotel room last night or something.
** Harpring channeling Rondo, apparently: I’m going to hit my hot man in Pierce.
** Harpring: Pierce wants a tip.
** Harpring, channeling KG, apparently: I know I’m 35, but I’m going to take it to the young boy Favors.
