Preseason Game 1 Jazz at Warriors: Sight Unseen

October 9, 2012

According to sources, the Jazz lost to the Warriors. There were game highlights posted on nba.com, which begs the question why no one could televise the game, but whatever.

Enes Kanter had himself a nice night with 12 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 blocks in 24 minutes. The Jazz’s new crew of sharpshooters (Mo Williams (3-9), Marvin Williams (4-6), and Randy Foye (0-6)) combined for 7-21 from the floor. The Jazz shot 37.5% and had 18 turnovers to 20 assists.

But enough of me reciting the box score. Here are a couple of sweet moves from Derrick Favors (a Millsappian turnaround jumper) and Enes Kanter (backing his man down like a beast, then gently tossing it up like a Care Bear volleyballing a cloud):

After the game, Enes was comforted by inspiring platitudes from _______ (fill in noun of your choice):

P.S. This has nothing to do with the game, but tweet of the night right here:

Extra proof Enes MUST work on his left hand finishes. UDQM style. :)

Coach Sanders and Johnnie Bryant are going to be the best dressed coaches in the league…
