Today’s Opponent Game Thread host: Denver Stiffs.

Game doesn’t mean much
I just want to see how Koufas goes with hopefully 30 plus minutes of game time. Dude is a beast I reckon, time to awaken the sleeping giant!
by stan_26 on Apr 13, 2011 4:48 PM CST

Hah.. Koufas.
30+ minutes is going to kill the poor kid. He probably hasn’t that much burn the last two years. Gonna have to hook up to the oxygen tank.

I can’t stand the Utah Jazz never have
I never liked Sloan, or Williams, or Malone or Stockton. They are equal to the Lakers and the Spurs in my dislike.
They’ve always carried around this arrogant attitude and they just annoyed the crap out of me.
by SDcat09 on Apr 13, 2011 11:00 PM CST

WOW
Ok, I hate the jazz but hating on john stockton .. really I always thought of him as a classy guy myself. I get hatting on malone and sloan and I really hatted willams.
by TENNESSEETITANS on Apr 14, 2011 1:01 AM CST

Last years playoffs
I broke 3 remotes. I’m not kidding around. 2 I threw at the wall and one i snapped in half. Plus when I used to post on ESPN’s Hollinger rankings section when he had a comment area for every team I would battle with Utah fans until 4 in the morning. I can’t stand the fans, I can;t stand the team, I don’t like the city, I don’t like the players and I really really really don’t like the fans… oh wait… did I already say it? I can’t remember so I’ll say it again… I really really really really don’t like the fans.

CJ Miles… AHHHHHHHHH I hate him! D-Wil hate him, Kyle Korver used to hate him… .but i really just can’t stand CJ Miles. Just thinking of him turns me green

Surgery ?
by SDcat09 on Apr 14, 2011 8:00 AM CST

Yup, got a Vasectomy this afternoon…
I had two kids (Boy and Girl) so my gift to this world is complete!
by CombatChuk on Apr 14, 2011 8:02 AM CST

I can say he was REALLY gentle…
Feels like I was kicked hard in the balls
by CombatChuk on Apr 14, 2011 8:10 AM CST

Wow
My doggie got snipped yesterday.
Also: way to do your part by not breeding (any more).
by Fly Agaric on Apr 14, 2011 8:11 AM CST

Kosta padding his rebounding stats.
by Fly Agaric on Apr 14, 2011 8:24 AM CST

Really looking forward to him backing up Moz for years to come
What a combo at center those two can be.
by Fly Agaric on Apr 14, 2011 8:24 AM CST

With the emergence of Koufos and Mozgov
Do we really bring back KMart? We should move Nene to PF and have one of the ivory towers at C
by CombatChuk on Apr 14, 2011 8:58 AM CST

Yeah good call.
We don’t need our captain or toughness for that matter.
by love4nuggets on Apr 14, 2011 8:59 AM CST

I’ve just gotta say
Koufos has absolutely exceeded every expectation I had (none) and it’s f***ing awesome.
by RockstarDDG on Apr 14, 2011 9:04 AM CST

Koufos is VERY Athletic
by zbunde on Apr 14, 2011 9:05 AM CST

Surprisingly above average at finishing around the basket.
Much more than I would’ve thought. Hence the reason I’m not a scout.
by RockstarDDG on Apr 14, 2011 9:06 AM CST

Ok it’s official
I love Koufos and I am far more impressed with him than Moz.
by love4nuggets on Apr 14, 2011 9:06 AM CST

this
by SDcat09 on Apr 14, 2011 9:06 AM CST

He plays with a ton of heart, too.
by love4nuggets on Apr 14, 2011 9:07 AM CST

lets wait until he faces an actual defense
with a team that actually wants to win.
by CloudBurst on Apr 14, 2011 9:07 AM CST

I like ‘em both
But I can see why Mozgov gets more chatter. He’s got enormous potential.
Koufos is good. He’s back-up center good. Like a less jumpy birdman. But Moz can be a dominating inside presence with that size.
by Fly Agaric on Apr 14, 2011 9:09 AM CST

He is about
twice as large as Bird. I bet he can bang with the big boys just fine.
by love4nuggets on Apr 14, 2011 9:10 AM CST

Definitely like his bangability.

by CombatChuk on Apr 14, 2011 10:10 AM CST

Mmm, Al Harrington in crunch time. Roll it around on your tongue. Taste it. Let it marinate your senses.
by BeefySwats on Apr 14, 2011 10:09 AM CST

The Refs hate us! It’s all Stern’s fault!
