vs. min: Opponent Game Thread Highlights
Today’s Opponent Game Thread host: Canis Hoopus.
The thread kicked off with a huge long thread in response to a commenter that was looking for medical advice for the following symptoms:
1. Fecal [body] odor
2. Empty evacuation (often feel like i have to do #2 but can’t)
3. White tongue
4. Extreme bloating
And probably many more I can’t think of right now.

Remember the following comment, because I am coming back to this:Earl Watson and Ronnie Price…
Out of the five healthy point guards, we have the three best.
by TimAllen on Jan 29, 2011 10:08 AM CSTMan, did we make a mistake hiring Rambis instead of Monty Williams.
by Simitar on Jan 29, 2011 10:32 AM CSTJonny’s defense now includes
setting screens on his own teammates.
by Mplax on Jan 29, 2011 10:35 AM CSTWait… is Gordon Hayward in?
by PDGirl on Jan 29, 2011 10:40 AM CSTyou mean the boy from james and the giant peach?
then yes
by Love4MVP on Jan 29, 2011 10:41 AM CSTNo mention of Jimmer yet, huh?
by PDGirl on Jan 29, 2011 10:50 AM CSTMilsap is saying to Love
I belong in the All Star game, B*tch

Random anecdote:I was a bartender at a place in Scottsdale that Barkely and his wife, Maureen, would frequent. I’m 6′ 5″, and he was taller than me by about 3 credit cards. Just an athletic freak. Also, a beer pounding freak. On several occasions, I saw the guy put down about a dozen beers in 2 hours, and it didn’t even phase him.

AK showing more smarts than the entire Wolves team
by Airete on Jan 29, 2011 11:22 AM CSTHey…
We just threw a double team at Al.
RAMBIS LEARNS EVERYONE!!! RAMBIS LEARNS!
by mutleyil on Jan 29, 2011 11:22 AM CSTWhy isn’t Love…
Guarding Al? Love stays on the floor extremely well (mainly since he’s gravitationally challenged). That’s the exact type of defender that screws Al’s game.
by mutleyil on Jan 29, 2011 11:24 AM CSTAnd Millsap
is murdering him.
by Mplax on Jan 29, 2011 11:28 AM CSTAnd God looked down on the timberwolves and said
Let there be TURNOVERS
by TSAX on Jan 29, 2011 11:35 AM CST
Is there a single PG in the league…
With worse handles than Jonny? How can you be so short, and have no concept of to dribble the f’ing ball?
by mutleyil on Jan 29, 2011 11:36 AM CSTJonny off his foot…
AGAIN!!!
by mutleyil on Jan 29, 2011 11:42 AM CSTno no no
It was knocked away…by his foot.
by monkeywolf on Jan 29, 2011 11:42 AM CSTI say we chop them off…
And see if he gets better.
by mutleyil on Jan 29, 2011 11:54 AM CST
I wish we had a
little Kirlenksta in us…..The man plays hard….I literally almost dose off when I watch Martell Webster, he just doesn’t look like he wants to play….And Brewer looks off tonight.
by srbaseball2003 on Jan 29, 2011 12:07 PM CSTEllen DeGeneres…
Is really having a good game tonight…
by mutleyil on Jan 29, 2011 12:13 PM CSTCold…
BLOODED! Damn you Millhouse!
by TSAX on Jan 29, 2011 12:14 PM CSTdamn milsap is a wolves assassin
by bsg007 on Jan 29, 2011 12:14 PM CSTI feel like AK..
Always kills the wolves too, he hasn’t been playing well as of late, but I’ll be damned if he doesn’t work the wolves everytime they play.
by TSAX on Jan 29, 2011 12:15 PM CSTMilsap is a fine player
Kirlenko and Miles combining for ~50 hurts a bundle.
by Ailuridae on Jan 29, 2011 12:21 PM CST
How is it we can acquire so many point guards
and still not have one of even backup quality?
by Action on Jan 29, 2011 12:50 PM CSTRemember the comment I was coming back to? Earl changed their minds:
Earl Watson is better than all our PGs
We had our best period of basketball when both Flynn and Luke were out. Coincidence?
by Dominate on Jan 29, 2011 12:53 PM CSTWe need one of those guys from the future
To tell us we won’t suck forever.
by fanslaststand on Jan 29, 2011 12:14 PM CSTmaybe
that time traveler will also father the eventual savior of the wolves.
it’s worth a shot
