I am so angry I can’t think straight.

July 11, 2010

F you, Portland Trailblazers. I hope David Stern moves you to Seattle.

Quote of the Day:

“I don’t know what they’re going to do,” [Wesley Matthews' agent Lance] Young said of the Jazz. “He’ll be a rich man by the end of July. It’s pretty nice for an undrafted rookie.” (desnews)

Yeah, this is some dirty shiz for sure. You think the Jazz belly up to the bar on Matthews? I say no – unfortunately – but then I was also convinced the Jazz wouldn’t let Korver go.

i don’t know what the jazz will do (i’ve been wrong so many times so far this summer) but i can’t see them paying matthews that much. i love the kid, but it’s too much.

    They have to do something…
Maybe this is what they have been holding all the money for. I think Matthews may be worth it, he has potential to be a great! I am hoping Fes, not so pretty KK, and Gordo will prove to be worth something.

if the jazz don’t do anything, we surely will find out what fes, the koof, and gordo are worth…

that said, i’m torn about matching for wesley. i keep changing my mind about whether it’s too much to pay for him, and how awful the alternatives are.

Umm…what exactly ARE the Jazz doing this offseason? Just dumping salary?

Thoughts?
